If you have purchased our cue through our authorized dealers, please reach out to them directly. If you have made your purchase through our website or Rhino Billiards Official Store on Amazon, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
It is important to note that our warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser of the cue and is not transferable.
Under this warranty, we warrant that the Rhino products you have purchased shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship including warpage. However, this Limited Warranty excludes coverage for:
- Normal wear and tear
- Certain components such as tips, ferrules, rubber bumpers, finish, and wraps or grips.
- Defects resulting from modification, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance.
- Damage associated with exposure to extreme temperature or humidity.
- Previous repairs performed by a third party.
- Modification of the product after initial shipment from us.
If it is determined that the claimed defect is not covered by the Limited Lifetime Warranty, we will contact the original purchaser to offer a repair service, if applicable.
This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies solely to those products purchased from Rhino or our authorized dealers. Customers are responsible for the shipping fees.
