It is important to note that our warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser of the cue and is not transferable. 

Under this warranty, we warrant that the Rhino products you have purchased shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship including warpage. However, this Limited Warranty excludes coverage for:

• Normal wear and tear of certain components such as tips, ferrules, rubber bumpers, finish, and wraps or grips.
• Defects resulting from modification, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance.
• Damage associated with exposure to extreme temperature or humidity.
• Previous repairs performed by a third party.
• Modification of the product after initial shipment from us.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies solely to those products purchased from Rhino or our authorized dealers. Customers are responsible for the shipping fees. We highly recommend that our customers record an unboxing video upon receiving their package.
