Bought a cue to fit my butt, but it didn’t fit (my mistake). They took it back in exchange for a full cue (with a price difference to make up of course) with free shipping. Shipped out the return and same day they shipped the full cue. Should be here soon, and hopefully another good review!

Rhino Cues... Can't say enough good things about them. First let me just tell you for a cue with a price point like this it simply feels really good in your hand and the shaft plays just as well as all the other top name carbon fibers on the market. The tip... high quality and control. Only con to this cue is the wrap/handle for me... at first (maybe 30 mins to an hour) it took me a bit to understand the grip style and get use to it. After playing a bit I didnt notice it like I did in the beginning. Secondly, their customer service and entire team is top shelf and went above and beyond for me to back their product and they make any wrong situation 1000% right. I highly recommend trying a Rhino Cue today!

To date I have had 2 issues when I ordered My 5/16x14 12.9 mm shaft Rhino sent one that did not fit even with me advising what cue it would be going to be over 2 weeks longer wait , then I had a issue & took my shaft To Chris Nitti & step son Dave Elliott Cue Shop to check & replace the Ferrule, he comes out to fort desk & has a damaged ferrule & needed replacement , when made it wash never cemented in & destroyed what was left of the ferrule.So good news they will replace the shaft but have to wait for one from Vietnam & get this I. Being charged $30.00 shipping for a faulty made shaft they made & had to be returned but not from my doings or fault…. They have you over a barrel while you wait Al but wish I had requested a another shaft with different pin a changed shaft sizes & move on ~ so I sit & weight, you would think a 4/time shaft buyer they would accommodate one A Little bit more to smooth out the hassells …. Oh Well I wait😡 AND THE BLUE TIPS ARE ATTROCISS, 👎
