Excellent cue stick. My only complaint is that since my order had already been processed and shipped, I was disappointed that customer service couldn't retroactively credit me for the discount code RHINOCB20 that I forgot to apply when ordering.

After purchasing and returning a few”top end hard cases” I stumbled upon Rhino. I love how this case looks. I’ve been playing since my early teens and have seen nearly every case out there. I haven’t seen this one. This is a sporty piece of kit and looks high end. Time will tell how it ages, but initial quality is superb. The butts and shafts fit in snug but not tight. Compared to the hard cases I’ve owned in the past, this is a step up.

Their customer service is awful. I waited to get the shaft I ordered and it came with a flaw. I sent them a note Friday an hour ir so after I received it. I received an email at 1:30 am Monday or so said they were working n creating a return label. Now it’s 5 pm and I’ve heard nothing. I have written to cancel the order and want a refund and will return the flawed cue when I get a label. Watch out!!!
Really nice looking cue, like the blue points and the no wrap butt has a Great Feel.
I bought this cue after using a friend’s one night. Since then, my entire league team has bought this cue shaft after trying mine. I’ve bought both the 11.8 and 12.5 and doubt I’ll ever look at another cue brand moving forward. Worth every penny!
