When reviewing their carbon fiber shafts, I had several questions which I emailed to Rhino.
Even with the large time difference between Alabama and Vietnam, I received prompt informative responses in indistinguishable from native English.

After my second email, they included a 5% discount code with their response.

I bought two, a break and a playing shaft. I was kept informed of my order status, given tracking numbers. 3 days later my cues arrived and they sent follow up emails to confirm I was happy with my purchase.
