I would like to thank your company on the great service you have given me on my issue with my carbon fiber shaft. I ordered from your company there was a problem with the shaft I reported the problem pictures and videos. Your company replace the shaft with no problem. I end up ordering another shaft for another cue butt I now have about 4 of your carbon fiber shaft. I have also referred your company to all my pool league buddies. Very nice well balanced stick. I play APA 8 and 9 ball and have been playing for roughly 5 years on and off with a wood cue. My first practice i had to get use to the Rhino the draw back is way different from my wood cue it really comes back. I purchased the weight set for the cue thinking it felt much lighter then my wood cue but took all the weights out all though light it is very accurate and moves the ball a lot. Getting accustomed to my new cue but hands down a bad ass cue
Breaking shaft slides through your finger bridge like silk. I placed it on my Viking Valhalla B3455 with a VQR joint. I just love it.
I was looking a carbon fiber break cue to replace my 25ox Rage. I was originally looking at Cuetec to match my play cue, but I decided to give these guys a change for something that is more than 50% cheaper than my other option. To start with, this is a beautiful cue. The black and gray gloss is very classy. As far is play goes, I am getting power with control. My only minor nits are that there is no white ferule or pad near the tip, which eels weird. The other minor issue is that the bumper is flat rather than rounded and it does sit properly in my cue rack. I would recommend. Also, the Rhino gloves are really good.

It's the best cue i have ever owned and I have been playing pool for 50 years.
The only thing I would change would be the bumper on the end of the butt. I would make it softer so the cue would not hit the floor so hard.

Time Crystal Tips, (3) medium came on my new 12.5 Rhino CF shaft and they even sent an extra (3) med tip and I absolutely love it no miscues with this one at all doesn’t have any crazy sounds when I hit the cue ball just nice and solid, great tips!
I bought a break shaft for my BKIII. And a shooting shaft for my McDermott. I have a Jacoby black for my other cue and Rhino shafts are there with quality at a fraction of the price.
