Excellent quality, timely shipping, great customer service and I'd buy another anytime if I need it.
I received this cue and played with it a few days later and I will tell you it is ready right out of the box
An unbelievably great experience dealing with Rhino. They go above and beyond to ensure your order is perfect and the customer is more than satisfied. I have been playing pool for over 45 years and I can't express enough how impressed I am with this company. -E.Clarke
I needed to return an item and was always in contact with a Rhino advisor. To process a refund, the advisor requested the return tracking number. I didn’t have one and the advisor told me they would wait for the item to reach the San Antonio warehouse. Once it did, the advisor send me an email to inform me of such and that my refund will then be processed, I was impressed by their immediate responses to all my emails. This was such great service.
The tip is immaculate better than I’ve ever used before. I have so much more precisions and I’m able to put so much more English on the cue ball then ever before! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
First of all, I love the unique and happy design, which stands out. The shaft has minimal deflection and performs well. However, I found it a bit difficult to apply strong spin on draw shots, possibly due to the power being controlled.
The grip has star-shaped bumps, which can cause some slipping when sweaty. I consider this a downside.
Additionally, the weight bolt allows for balance adjustment, but it would have been better if the bolt could be inserted about 5 more centimeters to provide a wider range of balance adjustments.
In conclusion, this is a great cue with excellent cost performance.
Added this on to my order and it didn’t give me the option to pick a size so of course I end up getting a medium which I can’t even fit over my hand. Waste of $20
Excellent fit to my McDermott cue. I use this shaft as a break shaft AND my jump shaft. Double duty at half the price. Couldn't be happier!
I've been playing pool since I was 26. I've been playing for 47 years with wood.
My son got a Rhino CF shaft and let me try it. I hit three balls and knew it would help my game.
I can strike much, much softer now and get even better action and position.
The tip is a thing of beauty because of it's cue ball gripping ability afforded by the lamination.
I've always used a 12mm tip but moved up to a 12.4mm, the larger tip surface has taken care of the precision that age has taken from my aiming ability.
Thank you Rhino Billiards, Willie from Lily
